This bike weighs 10.25 pounds. 10.25 pounds! Miraculously, that only tells part of the story. The ride quality is like nothing you've ever experienced. Trek's heralded OCLV carbon provides the smoothness, the stiffness, that "feel" — it has to be ridden to be believed. The geometry is modeled using direct feedback from racers for the crisp handling and tight cornering that both pros and amateurs crave. Aggressive yet stable, quick yet confident, no one does race bikes like Trek, and they have the wins to prove it. In addition to the incredible 690 gram frame, the lightness is achieved with a careful selection of parts. The Tune wheels, seen under Tour de France winners, are 25mm deep tubulars that weigh 825 grams. That's for the pair! The Bontrager bar/stem combo saves 75 grams over a traditional set up, yet retains the same stiffness. A full carbon saddle, ceramic bearings, and Jagwire housing shave off grams as well. Even the brakes are custom Bontys that are super light yet super powerful and shifting duty is expertly handled by SRAM RED 11-speed. More than just the sum of its parts, the Emonda SLR 10 is the pinnacle of lightweight, no-compromise performance. This changes everything, are you ready?
