|HERE'S WHO YOU'LL SEE IN HOMEWOOD|
Chris has over 10 years of experience in the cycling industry. Riding brings him balance (no pun intended) and he strives to always keep it fun! His favorite memory on a bike was Climbing up Blowing Cave in Huntsville. Chris loves working with the awesome people at Cahaba and does a great job keeping the crew in line!
Christopher has been wrenching professionally for over 26 years. Riding his bike helps to keep his mind free and clear of the clutter that can accumulate, and he truly believes that cycling provides the best community and family around. When he’s not sipping a Budweiser or refusing to shave his facial hair, Christopher can be found on camping trips touring other areas of the country on his bike.
George is super passionate about helping newcomers join the cycling community. He has been riding bikes for over 35 years and he’s seen it all. One time even got caught in a giant storm while riding in a mountain bike race! His favorite memory on his bike was taking his kids riding on mountain bike trails in the east coast and camping at Mammoth Lake last year for nationals. If you’re looking to get started on a new bike, George is your guy!
Caitlin has only been riding bikes for a little over 2 years, but she has a passion for the industry and is a blast to work with. Lagunitas IPA is her beer of choice, and she prefers her bikes like her coffee, “overpriced and condescending”. Even with that in mind she swears that riding bikes is still cheaper than therapy, so we encourage her to keep on riding and getting other people on bikes too!
|Faris Malki (all locations)
Owner / General Manager
Faris was literally born and raised into the Cahaba Cycles family. When Faris isn’t riding over the cascades in Oregon across lava fields, he is spending quality time with his family. Sometimes people give him grief about that one time he literally dozed off while on his bike, but the passion Faris has for the business is obvious in everything he does, and he can’t imagine doing anything else.
